Certified Used Description: All Certified Vehicles must pass a mechanical and cosmetic inspection. All Certified Vehicles also include a limited power train warranty, an exchange or return policy, and free shipping to most places within the contiguous United States. Certification also includes a free Carfax vehicle history report.

Budget Buy Description: All Budget Buys are sold “as-is” and do not include certification, a warranty, an exchange or return policy, or free shipping. Budget Buys do undergo a basic safety inspection and include a free Carfax vehicle history report.

Certification Description: A 168-point mechanical inspection with an additional 67 points of attention to cleaning and refurbishment.

Certified Limited Warranty Description: The warranty is a PrimusCare Warranty Advantage Limited Power Train Warranty up to 3 years or 75,000 total odometer miles. This warranty may be used at any ASE Certified Shop that accepts credit cards. There is a $100 deductible.

Exchange or Return Policy

Only certified vehicles may be exchanged or returned in the same condition within 3 days or 150 miles of delivery. In either cases, we will pick up the refused vehicle.

With an exchange, a customer will receive a full refund toward the purchase of another vehicle. Of course, we must limit the number of exchanges to one time per purchase.

With a refund, a customer will complete a return request form. The customer will receive a full refund minus a $200 restocking fee.

Free Shipping Details

Certified Vehicles will be delivered to a centralized location in your area free of charge (within the contiguous United States only). In some isolated instances, additional transportation fees may apply.
